Service Professional of the Year
This award is about customer satisfaction and the positive results that our pool and spa service professionals produce for the people who use our products.
We want to recognize those professionals who demonstrate their technical knowledge and their outstanding customer service skills every day in backyards of consumers across Florida.
Judges will consider technical accomplishment and professional credentials, education and experience, and most of all . . . customer satisfaction. Each FSPA Chapter will select a winner who will be named the FSPA Service Professional of the Year at the Everything Under the Sunsm Expo in Orlando on March 3, 2022 at the Awards & Welcome Reception.
How to Enter
Nominate an employee or fellow pool professional by completing the
Service Pro Award entry form and sending it in with two letters from satisfied customers to the Florida Swimming Pool Association via fax at (941) 366-7433 or by e-mail to
Valerie@FloridaPoolPro.com. You may also include information from web based programs (5 Star Impression, Angie’s List, Google, Yelp) which allow for customer reviews. This will be considered as supplemental information and cannot replace the requirement of letters from customers for the purpose of this awards program. Entries may be from individuals or employers.
Rules
Candidates for the award must be current employees of FSPA member firms. The application must be complete. Entries without letters of support will be considered incomplete and not qualified for judging.
Deadline for entry is October 31, 2023.
Awards
- Winners will be featured on a cover of the Florida Pool Prosm newsletter in 2024 and interviewed for feature articles
- Winners will be recognized at the 2024 Everything Under the Sunsm Expo Welcome Reception with an award plaque. The
reception is February 22, 2024 in Orlando.
- An electronic version of the winner logo / badge image will be available for display on your company web site.
- Media releases will be sent to local media as well as trade press announcing the winners. A template media release will be available to winners so they may also promote their win with local media and for publishing on their web site.
